I start with business goals, not with choosing software. I analyse processes, data flows and bottlenecks, then build an architecture in which every system does its own job and doesn't duplicate the others.

I build the solution on standard mechanisms wherever possible and customise only what gives the business a real advantage. That way the system stays updatable and doesn't turn into a fragile custom build.

I look for processes where people copy data by hand, reconcile spreadsheets and assemble reports — and replace them with reliable automation that has built-in error control.

AI delivers value when it is connected to the company's data and processes rather than living in a separate chat window. I design such solutions with data security and answer quality control in mind.
